Wings assistant captain Jackson Yee has announced his commitment to play collegiate hockey at Milwaukee School of Engineering, a Division III program in Milwaukee, WI.

The 6’2″ 195 lb. forward from Livonia, MI spent the past two seasons with the Aberdeen Wings, appearing in 86 regular season games and twelve playoff games in that time. The ’01 left-hander recorded 16 goals and 14 assists, including three power play goals.

Yee was also selected to represent the Central Division in the 2022 NAHL Top Prospects Tournament.

Before joining the NAHL, he spent two seasons with Victory Honda’s 18U AAA team, where he scored 27 goals and added 19 assists in 79 games.

“I am very proud and honored to announce that I will be committing to MSOE,” Yee said. “I am very thankful for the organization and my friends and family who have helped me reach this point. Looking forward to the next chapter!”

“We’re very excited for Jackson,” Wings head coach Steve Jennings said. “He was a strong contributor to our program all year and was a leader on and off the ice. MSOE is getting a great player and a future leader as well.”
