The Aberdeen Wings opened exhibition play Friday night at the Odde and did not disappoint the fans in attendance. After a scoreless first period Wings forward Tyler Bossert got this on the board with 9:30 to go in the 2nd with assists going to Brandon Goudreau and Eric Moser. That's how it would stay until just minutes into the 3rd Matt Sherman made his mark on the game with an unassisted tally. Topeka would add a late goal with an extra attacker but just moments later Grant Dukus put the final nail in the game with an empty netter assisted by Sherman and Cole Thompson. The Wings are back at the Odde tomorrow night to close out this exhibition series with the RoadRunners. Game time is 7:15, PAID Season Ticket Holders get in free and General Admission is just $5 at the door.
