The Aberdeen Wings, proud members of the North American Hockey League are pleased to announce the signing of Defenseman Finn Safir to a Tender. The 5’11 174lb Right handed defenseman is from Whitefish, MT and currently plays for the Sioux Falls Power 18U AAA team. So far this season Finn has 4 goals, 5 assists in 26 games played.

Finn is a right shot defender that is very mobile and has some sandpaper in his game with a lot of upside. Finn as well as current teammate and Wings tender Jacob Peterson has had the opportunity to come skate with us and see what goes on daily here in Aberdeen. Finn is a great kid that works hard and is eager to learn. Finn has a lot of upside and potential to be impact defenseman for us next season.
