The Aberdeen Wings have chosen their team captain for the 2020-21 hockey season.
Clayton Cosentino, a center from Colorado Springs, has been named the team’s captain. This is his second year with the Wings.
Spencer Schneider and Nico deVita will wear the ‘A’ as assistant captains. Schneider, a left wing, and defenseman deVita are also in their second seasons with Aberdeen.
“This group of leaders were chosen because they are caring about what we do, courageous in all areas of our culture and consistent in their approach to being winners,” head coach Scott Langer said. “All three players are relentless workers that will do a lot of thankless jobs and lead with a ton of non verbal motivation. These three will represent the Aberdeen Wings to the highest standard.”
