Austin 3 @ Aberdeen 2 (OT) – Jed Pietila’s second goal of the game came with just 0.6 seconds remaining in overtime as the Austin Bruins knocked off the Aberdeen Wings. Ben Almquist scored a goal and had an assist in the game. Tyler Shea improved to 1-1 on the season, he made 37 saves. Clayton Cosentino and David Vaysberg scored for the Wings. Henry Welsch stopped 27 shots for Aberdeen.
