Tishkevich commits to DI AIC

The Aberdeen Wings, proud members of the North American Hockey League (NAHL) are pleased to announce that Nikolai Tishkevich has committed to play hockey at American International College in Springfield, MA.

The 5’11” 185 lb. forward from Minsk, Belarus, is currently playing in his first junior hockey season with the Aberdeen Wings. In 23 games played so far, he’s notched nine goals and nine assists for 18 total points.

Previously, he played for Team Belarus’ U18 squad, where he had 15 goals and 21 assists in 40 games played. The year prior, he scored 12 goals and added 20 assists in 41 games playing for Belarus’ U17 team.

“Nikolai is an endless worker and has generated this opportunity because of it,” Wings head coach Scott Langer said. “He has a really good hockey mind to go along with a very good skill set.”
