January 2nd 2015 your Aberdeen Wings used an outstanding performance in net and on defense to skate away with a 1-0 Shootout victory over Minot! No scoring through 3 periods and overtime left the 2 points on the table up to a shootout. Wings Kyle Haak got things started with a goal in the opening round. Minot would stay alive with a 3rd round Johnny Walker goal. Finally Tanner Okeson would use his signature move, (Concordia now knows) to end it. Chad Catt stopped all 41 shots he faced throughout regulation and overtime and 4 of the 5 shootout attempts giving the Wings a 1-0 win and 2 points.
