Stepan Pokorny Commits To Ferris State University!

Aberdeen Wings Proud Members of the North American Hockey League are pleased to announce that forward Stepan Pokorny has announced his commitment to play Division I Hockey at Ferris State University.  Stepan is a 5’11 185lb forward from Kolin, Czech Republic.  The 18 year old lefty is in his first season with the Wings.  So far this season Stepan has 25 goals and 29 assists (54 points) in 59 games played.  Before playing for the Wings Pokorny spent time with the Tampa Scorpions U16 & U18 teams of the NAPHL.  In 22 games played Stepan had 27 points on 1 goals and 16 assists.  During the 2017-2018 season he was named to the NAPHL 18U First Team All-Star Team.
