Pierson Brandon Commits To Colgate University!

The Aberdeen Wings, proud members of the North American Hockey League, are pleased to announce that defenseman Pierson Brandon has announced his commitment to Colgate University to play Division 1 hockey.  Brandon is a 6’ 174lb. left handed defenseman from Irvington, NY.  The 19 year old is in his 2nd season with the Wings.  So far Brandon has played in 82 games and has accumulated 5 goals and 30 assists with a +55 (+-).  Brandon has a habit of winning wherever he goes.  He was a member of  the 2015-16 AYHL 16UA Champion team where he also had the most points by a defenseman (25).  In 2016-17 He was on the AYHL 16U National Championship team.  In 2017-18 He was on the AYHL 18U Premier Champion and T1EHL U18Championship teams.  Last season he was named to the NAHL All Central Division Rookie Team while on his way to the 2018-19 NAHL Robertson Cup National Championship.

Colgate University is located in Hamilton, NY.  They play in the ECAC Hockey League.  Brandon will be the 1st Wings player to play for Colgate.  They currently have a 1-3-1 overall record.  Last season they finished with a 10-23-1 overall record.
