Michael Hill Named New Assistant Coach!

The Aberdeen Wings, proud members of the North American Hockey League are pleased to announce the hiring of Assistant Coach Michael Hill.  Coach Hill comes to the Wings from the Texas Jr. Brahmas of the NA3HL.  Coach Hill Spent 3 years playing for Coach Langer in the North American Hockey League serving as team captain during the 2010-2011 season.   Playing in 101 games during his time in the North American Hockey League Coach Hill put up 70 goals and 55 assists (125 pts.) in those 3 seasons.  After his time in the North American Hockey League Coach Hill played college hockey for St. Mary’s for a season before transferring to St. Norbert’s College for 3 seasons.  During his time in college Coach Hill played in 106 games and had 117 pts. (67 goals, 50 assists).  After college Coach Hill spent time in the ECHL & the SPHL before beginning his coaching career as head coach of the Texas Jr. Brahmas NA3HL team.

During his time as coach for the Brahmas Coach Hill won 2 South Division Championships with an overall record of 77-16 over the 2 seasons, including a Fraser Cup Finals appearance this past season.
