January 7th 2012 Your Aberdeen Wings were looking for a win and a sweep of the Coulee Region Chill. What they got was a 3 point night from Cullen Hurley and a shut out for Hunter Leisner. Hurley got things started just 59 seconds into the opening period with a goal from Obarzanek. Just over a minute into the 2nd period Kevin Becker would extend the Wings lead to 2 with a goal from McLaughlin & Hurley. Obarzanek sealed the deal with a goal late in the 2nd with Becker & Hurley assisting. Leisner stopped all 30 shots he faced.
