Your Aberdeen Wings (18-18-2-1) load the bus and head East this weekend to take on the Austin Bruins (18-18-2-2).  Just 1 point separates the Wings from moving into 3rd place in the Central Division of the NAHL.  The Wings & Bruins have met 4 times this season with each team getting 2 wins.  Aberdeen will be looking to build off the momentum of a 3 win weekend last weekend when they defeated Minot Thursday then swept the Bismarck Bobcats in a home & home Friday & Saturday.  A number of Wings players had a great weekend but it was Carter Roo winning the Bauer NAHL Central Division Star of the Week, Kevin Fitzgerald was Honorable Mention.  Roo ended the weekend with 6 points, 2 points in each game played.  In the net Forbes Ploszaj was able to get the Friday and Saturday night wins for the Wings but it was Arttu Kulmala standing on his head Thursday to take down the top ranked Minot Minotauros.
