Your Aberdeen Wings used the Odde Ice Center to their advantage Friday night topping the only previously undefeated team remaining in the NAHL 4-1. The Wings jumped out to a late 1st period lead on a goal from Wings vet Colin Raver. Assisting on the Raver goal were Carter Roo & Dennis Bernhardz. Carter Roo provided the scoring late in the 2nd with assists going to Shawn Knowlton & Gage Mackie and on his 2nd goal of the period Filip Dusek and Joey Strada getting assists. Minot would get a goal early in the 3rd to make things interesting, but Carson Dimoff would seal the deal with the empty netter sending the Minotauros home with their first loss of the season.
The Wings will return to the Odde tomorrow night to take on the Austin Bruins. Tickets are available at C-Express or at the door beginning at 5:30!
