Wings Alumni Update
Carter Roo, University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point
Carter scored to tie the WIAC Championship game on March 3rd. The pointers would eventually fall to Eau Claire 3-2 in the game. Carter now has 6 goals, 8 assists for 14 points in his freshman season with the Pointers. UWSP was the regular season WIAC Champion going undefeated in league play with a 6-0-2 record.
Colin Raver, University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point
Colin had a goal and 2 assists in Stevens Points weekend series against UW-River Falls February 23rd & 24th. So far on the year Colin has 9 goals 14 assists for 23 points in his freshman season with the Pointers, who are headed to the NCAA DIII Quarterfinals where they will meet Adrian on March 17th.
Erik Baskin, Air Force Academy
Erik currently leads Air Force in points with 24 (14 goals, 11 assists) in 36 games played. The Falcons have a 18-13-5 record this year.
Henry Dill, Utica College
Henry helped Utica to a UCHC Championship in 2018!
Joe Sullivan, St. Lawrence University
Joe had an assist in a 4-2 win at Dartmouth on March 3rd, improving his point total to 8 goals and 7 assists this season.
Jonathan Grebosky, Concordia College
Jonathan was named to the MIAC All-Conference team. Jon had 26 points, 8 goals & 18 assists in 26 games played for Concordia.
Justin Parizek, Idaho Steelheads
After putting up 23 goals and 24 assists in 51 games with the Idaho Steelheads Justin is now on loan playing with the San Jose Barracuda of the AHL!
Kevin Fitzgerald, St. Cloud State University
Fitzgerald and the St. Cloud State Huskies won the regular season NCHC title with a 4-2 win at home on February 24th. Kevin currently has 5 goals and 12 assists for the Huskies in his Freshman season!
Liam McGing, Arizona State University
Liam had an assist in a 3-5 loss at Michigan on February 24th. That was Liam’s first point this season in 13 games.
Nick Jenny, Robert Morris University
The defenseman currently has a goal and 3 assists in his freshman season for RMU this season. Robert Morris will be traveling to play Holy Cross in the AHC Quarterfinals this weekend!
Peter Krieger, University of Minnesota Duluth
Peter has had at least a point in each of his last 5 games giving him a season total of 28, 10 goals & 18 assists. The junior will be looking to add to that total and continue his hot streak when the Bulldogs play Western Michigan in the NCHC Playoffs this weekend!
Steven Johnson, University of Minnesota
The Senior has 3 goals and 12 assists in 38 games played this year. 2 of Johnsons goals have been game winning and the other camp on a power play!
Tanner Okeson, Concordia College
Tanner was named to the MIAC All-Conference team. Tanner had 6 goals and 10 assists (16 points) in 26 games played this season.
Zach Doerring, Concordia College
Zach was just named the MIAC MVP for the 2017-2018 Season. Doerring was also named to the MIAC All-Conference Team. Zach had 14 goals and 14 assists on the season, including a 4 point game vs. Augsburg on February 17th.
