Your Aberdeen Wings (28-14-3-1) are back on the road this weekend heading north to take on the Bismarck Bobcats (22-20-3-2). The Wings are looking to close out this 5 game road trip with 4 more points and to maintain their lead in the NAHL Central Division. The Wings are coming off a 4 point week last week, as they were able to bear the Brookings Blizzard 3-0 last Wednesday and salvaging a split in Austin with a 4-2 Saturday win. Aberdeen is 4-2 vs. the Bobcats so far this season. The Wings currently have the 5th best record in the NAHL, but because of the tight Central division they have not yet clinched a spot in the Robertson Cup Playoffs. Hoping to help get the Wings a few more points this weekend will be Nathan Burke. Burke is currently leading the Wings in scoring with 45 points (23 goals, 22 assists) in 46 games played. Burke is also coming off his NCAA DI Commitment to St. Cloud State University earlier this week.
