A:  I thought it was a great season. The team really accomplished our goals that we set out at the beginning of the year. We really grew as a team and as individuals.

Q:  What skills did you gain last season to better your development as a player?

A:  I gained speed and size through our off-season training. I improved my footwork, which helps with the speed aspect. Above all, my confidence grew after playing in the league the whole season.

Q:  What was it like playing at The Odde infront of the division's largest crowds?

A:  It was great. No other building that we played in matched its atmosphere. I'm really glad that we have the fans that we do, they make hockey that much more fun.

Q:  When it comes to junior hockey, what is the best part?

A:  The environment. Your teammates. The brotherhood of relationships that you build. The comradery.

Q:  What type of off-season workouts and training have you been doing?

A:  I've just been doing our team workouts that Coach Anzalone gave us which is three days a week in the weight room and cardio or sprints for two days a week. I've also been doing my own workouts with friends a few times a week and also skating once a week.

Q:  What are you looking forward to when Wings Training Camp rolls around in July?

A:  Seeing all the guys again and continue those friendships. And keep seeing how everyone, including myself are improving over the summer, including our team strength.
