Aberdeen Wings forward #24 Ronnie Hein (F-Chelsea, MI) has been called up to the Waterloo Blackhawks of the USHL.
Hein was a 15th round pick of the Waterloo Blackhawks this past off-season. After training camp, Hein reported to the Aberdeen Wings. As an affiliate player for the Blackhawks, Hein will see time in games this weekend. Waterloo is currently 6-13-2 and will take on the Sioux City Musketeers on Friday and Lincoln Stars on Saturday.
So far this season, Hein is the third leading scorer on the Wings roster with 7 goals and 8 assists. Earlier this season, Hein made a Division-I commitment to Ferris State University.
The Wings are at home this Friday taking on the Bismarck Bobcats. Puck drop at 7:15pm.
