Your Aberdeen Wings (5-3-2-0) fresh off a weekend home sweep of Minot load the bus and head to Minnesota to take on the Austin Bruins (2-3-1-2) this Friday & Saturday.  The Wings had a number of big performers last weekend vs. Minot but none stood taller then goaltender Gabe Vinal.  Gabe was in the Hub City for less then a week before getting his first start with the Wings, Friday night Gabe made 28 saves on 30 shots in the 4-2 win.  He followed that performance with 41 saves on 43 shots Saturday night.  His performance last weekend earned him the NAHL Central Division Star of the Week.  Forward Colton Fletcher had a goal and 3 assists last weekend moving him up to a tie for first in points for the Wings with fellow forward Joe Strada, each have 10 points (4 goals & 6 assists).  The Bruins on the other hand got off to a slow start, dropping their first 6 games of the season.  However they have won 2 straight including a mid week game at the Minnesota Wilderness this past Wednesday.
