Your Aberdeen Wings (22-18-2-1) put their 7 game winning streak on the line tonight at the Odde against the Bismarck Bobcats (19-23-1-1).  During this season long winning streak the Wings have been getting production from all over the ice.  While Kevin Fitzgerald still leads the team with 44 points (19G, 25A) It’s the newest Wing Logan Jenuwine who may be the hottest.  Logan joined the Wings at the trade deadline to fill a roster spot and fill it he did.  In only 2 games played with the Wings Logan has 3 goals and 2 assists.  For his efforts Logan was named the NAHL Central Division’s 2nd Star of the Week.  The reason he was only the 2nd star is because the reigning NAHL Central Division Player of the Week Forbes Ploszaj was in net for the Wings.  Forbes was solid in the Wings two wins, stopping a total if 71 of 74 shots in the process. On Friday, Ploszaj made 37 saves in a 5-2 win over the visiting Minnesota Magicians. On Saturday, he made 34 saves in a 4-1 win, which completed the weekend sweep. Ploszaj has won his last six straight starts and hasn’t lost a game since January 20th. “Forbes has been a intricate part of the Wings since arriving here. His professionalism is first class. He has a very high compete level and fits into our identity very well,” said Wings head coach Scott Langer.
