Your Aberdeen Wings (20-18-2-1) Play host to out of division opponents the Minnesota Magicians (24-14-2-2) this Friday & Saturday at the Odde Ice Center in Aberdeen. The Wings will be looking to extend their season high 5 game winning streak. They are up against the 2nd place Midwest Division team in the Magicians. This will be the first meeting with the two teams this year. Aberdeen will be once again be looking for a quality start in net. Over the 5 game winning streak Forbes Ploszaj has gotten 4 of the wins and Arttu Kulmala was able to beat the Central Division leading Minot Minotauros. On the offensive side the Wings will be looking for a combination of veteran leadership and youth to light up the scoreboard. Vets Kevin Fitzgerald & Carter Roo are currently 1 & 2 in teams leading points but right on their heals is Carson Dimoff. Aberdeen will be looking to take advantage of the opportunity to take points from an out of division opponent and continue their climb in the Central Division.
