Your Aberdeen Wings (10-13-2-1) host the Brookings Blizzard (16-9-1-1) tonight & tomorrow night at the Odde Ice Center!  The Wings are looking to continue the momentum after an overtime win last Saturday at the Odde over Minot.  Brookings has been the Wings white whale so far this season, being the only team in the Central Division they have not beaten.  Things have been clicking for the Wings coming into this weekend.  With some offensive support and a shutdown defense this is where the coaches wanted to be right before the Christmas break.  The Wings will look to the leadership of reigning NAHL Central Division Stat of the Week and Wings Captain Gage Mackie.  Mackie has 6 goals & 9 assists for 15 points in 22 games played so far for the Wings this season.  Forbes Ploszaj has been getting the bulk of the time between the pipes for the Wings lately, they will look to him to be their last line of defense.
