Your Aberdeen Wings (7-8-1-1) will hit the road, make 5 turns and take on the Brookings Blizzard (8-6-0-1) tonight at the Larson Ice Center.  This will be the first regular season meeting between the instate rivals.  The teams did play a pair of exhibition games with each team getting a home ice win.  This will be a big weekend for the Wings as they look to separate themselves from the tight Central Division race.  Currently Minot is leading the Central Division with 24 points.  Aberdeen will have a chance to earn points against them at home Saturday night.  In 2nd place with 19 points is the Bismarck Bobcats who beat Minot last night and will be hosting the Wilderness Saturday.  After that there is a 2 way tie for 3rd with Brookings and the Minnesota Wilderness each having 17 points.  The Wings are alone in 5th with 16 points and Austin is right behind them with 15, The Bruins will be hosting the Coulee Region Chill Saturday.

As always you can catch all the Wings away action this season at Buffalo Wings & Rings of Aberdeen, or log on to HockeyTV.com.  To listen to the games tune into 94.1 The Rock or stream the games at HubCityRadio.com!  The Wings will return home Saturday to host Minot and The Camp Dream Makers Jersey Auction that will follow the game with auctioneer Val Jark of Jark Worlie Auction.
